You have been warned.
The name of this camp is secret, so are you one of the really bright children to figure out if you’re in the right weekend camp program? I mean, there’s always the chance you’ll end up at the camp for grandmas who knit sweaters for dogs – or worse, the camp being run by that vile organization of evil alchemists – you know of who we speak.
However, if you do manage to make it to the right camp, our network of bookselling spies has told us that the author Pseudonymous Bosch is in danger – most likely a future kidnapping victim. We (you campers) have to find him (Pseudonymous Bosch) before they (the villains) can find him and do something horrible like, take his sunglasses and sell them on eBay for $10 million dollars, or reveal the author’s true identity. We’ll be dodging shadowy pseudo-mystical groups and spies of all stripes to foil the villains’ plans and preserve what dignity the author has left.
But tell your parents that we are running an “educational” camp teaching “life skills.”
The camp will supposedly be Saturday, October 1st to Sunday, October 2nd, 2011 at BookPeople. Pseudonymous Bosch will be involved, but don’t tell. Registration is required. Download your registration form here. Once you’ve filled it out, please submit the completed form in person at BookPeople or fax it to us (Attn: Topher Bradfield) 512.482.8495.
But don’t say we didn’t warn you.
